Yes, I think Miss_Tascha is right.
Even though I highly doubt that it would be Elle since the new ELLE collection has been released only 3 months ago, it does look like ELLE.
I agree with the other commentators though, I think it`s Miss Sixty.
The bright colours are what make me think that it`s from Miss Sixty. ;]
